Price	As shown on the pricing and billing page (usage-based on conversation time; no monthly or setup fees). If you have a separate agreement, the price in that agreement applies.
Other fees	Consumption tax (10%). Phone numbers, phone lines and call charges (fees of the telephony provider you contract with) and internet connection costs are yours.
Payment method	Credit card (processed by our payment processor). We do not accept invoice payments or bank transfers.
Payment timing	Prepaid (top-ups). You pay when you request a top-up. Top-up units are as shown on the pricing page. With auto top-up, you pay with your saved card when your balance falls below your threshold.
Expiry	Each top-up expires 6 months after the day it was made. Balance left after expiry is forfeited.
Service start	Your balance is updated and usable immediately after payment.
Returns, cancellations and refunds	Due to the nature of the Service, we do not accept returns, cancellations or refunds after a top-up is completed (including expired balances), except where we are at fault. There is no monthly contract; if you stop topping up, no further fees arise.
Requirements	The dashboard runs in a current browser (Chrome / Edge / Safari / Firefox). The API is called over HTTPS. Phone calls connect from a phone line you provide.
